One Fine Baby

A fanfare of colour, music and babies on a rainy Saturday in Sydney.  We were greeted by Dorothy the Dinosaur which created much excitment with my kids, oh and Peppa not long after! We quickly checked out a few things before hitting the jumping castle and nanny minded the rug rats so I could have a quick stroll on my own.  Lots of lovely things to see and sorry i didn't take more pics but here are some of my faves:
  1. Florals and whimsical tassel set up by the talented Aleksandra
  2.  Baby K having a wonder after the jumping castle
  3. My clever Sister-In-Law Briar styled a gorgeous boys room using props and goodies from the stalls.
  4.  Scout Lifestyle was also lovely, set up with gorgeous pattern & pastel blankets and cushions on simple plywood
  5.  Megan Morton teamed up with Incy Interiors to create this gorgeous bed and lovely simple styled room
  6.  Plyroom was a definate wow factor! Clever use of plywood to create cots, bunks, desks etc in simple modern designs and styles! definately got my eye on the bunks for the kids!
  7.  The lovely and talented ladies of Hubble and Duke always make an impression - so much so i couldn't get in to say hi as they were super busy....always a fan of their gorgeous suede moccasins, bunting, crowns and Tee collaboration with Lulu Lucky!
  8.  little wanderer looking for lunch.
  9. super cute cakes, cupcakes & cake pops from the talented Buttercream Bakery - loving the teepee cake!
So thats a wrap! so much goodness under one roof and the best part, you could buy stuff on the day! fantastic & dangerous!!! well done One Fine Baby!

Ultimate Sleep

Sometimes it can be confusing as to what pillow to give your toddler in the cot (once they are ready). I am loving these Floss Flakes Pillows for Toddlers! Perfect for head and neck support, hypoallergenic, machine washable and a nice little size for little heads.   There are lots more choices at the Ultimate Sleep website including Babyskies 3-in-1 feeding pillow, great for a maternity pillow, assists in breastfeeding and can act as a mattress for your babe.   Made in Denmark, these pillows are super soft and Mr K here has been cruising in sweet dreams ever since.

Ninja Noa Turns 5...cont.

The Ninja Turtle obsession continues with my little boy....so of course for his 5th birthday, a McDonalds Ninja Turtle party was his request.....FINE BY ME!  We took 10 of his kindy friends to Maccas for Happy Meals and a play - see invites here.....  I packed some super cute Cookie Pops made by Tastee Treats 4U and Nanny made him a Donatello cake (his favourite Turtle) with a fondant icing of course!!! and some lemon meringues topped with Ninjas for the adults.  We stamped some goodie bags filled with Pizza gummies (a Ninjas favourite food), oh and check out the awesome balloon from The Party People!...He had a ball and the best part....no cleaning up afterwards!

Asha's Magical Frozen Party

A gorgeous powder blue, silver and white 'Disney' inspired 'Frozen' Party for Asha's 5th Birthday! (See invitations here)  I have never seen so many little Elsa's under one roof! A stunning silver backdrop with pom honeycomb paper balls, ruffles and gorgeous lanterns hanging like snowflakes from the ceiling.  Glass cannisters filled with gumballs, white chocolates, caramel bon bons, marshmallows etc.  The cutest little Reindeer (Sven) and snowmen (Olaf) cupcakes made by Le Petit Pops! each snowman had a different expression and so yum - salted caramel flavour!!!  Powder blue and white snowflake cookies from the lovely Tastee Treats 4U, and my sister (the bday girls mum) made a gorgeous Frozen castle cake.
Queen Elsa arrived in all her beauty and the girls were star struck, they sang 'Let it Go', danced, had their faces painted and so many other games that kept the kids happy and the parents even happier!  After singing happy birthday to Queen Asha and consuming their weight in sugar, the little ones left with a snowflake lolly bag and little 'Build your own Snowman' packs'!  So much fun....."Let it gooooooooooo"!
